Clients engaging with our Services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.
• Comply with all legal obligations and regulatory requirements related to health and safety in their industry.
• Cooperate with Nsuku Safety Solutions in the delivery of Services, including attending scheduled appointments, providing access to necessary facilities, and facilitating data collection.

Payment for Services rendered by Nsuku Safety Solutions is due according to the terms agreed upon in the service agreement or invoice. Payment terms may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or other arrangements as mutually agreed upon.

Nsuku Safety Solutions treats client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties unless required by law or with the client’s consent. Confidential information includes but is not limited to proprietary business information, personal data, and project details.

While Nsuku Safety Solutions endeavors to provide accurate and reliable Services, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the courts of South Africa.
